Our operations

“Ramsay & Reyes Law” is the business name used to describe the organisation of entities and legal practices comprising corporate entities established to provide BVI legal advice and related services from the jurisdictions in which we are based.

At present, this organisation includes in particular:

1. Kendall Avocats S.A. – a limited liability company incorporated and registered in the British Virgin Islands with company number 2169259 (the BVI Office); and
2. Ramsay & Reyes Law (Switzerland) GmbH – a limited liability company (Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung) registered in the commercial register of the canton of Basel-Landschaft under company number CHE-350.236.859, with its registered office at Ringstrasse 36, 4422 Arisdorf, Switzerland (the Swiss Office).

Unless expressly stated otherwise, references on this website to “Ramsay & Reyes Law”, “we”, “us” or “our” are to the BVI Office, the Swiss Office, or both, as the context requires.

 

Regulation

All lawyers practising as part of Ramsay & Reyes Law are admitted to practise BVI law and are registered on the Roll of Legal Practitioners pursuant to the Legal Profession Act 2015.

 

Terms of Business

Ramsay & Reyes Law has standard terms of business governing the services it provides. Your contractual counterparty for any matter will be the specific entity/office identified in our engagement letter or terms of business.
